- What is Interlibrary Loan?
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a delivery system to receive materials from other libraries not owned by the Carroll library. The library uses a system called ILLiad to process requests.
- What can I request?
Articles, print books & book chapters (1 chapter max. due to copyright restrictions), CDs & DVDs, microfilm & microfiche, and music scores.
- What can't I request?
E-books and e-book chapters (due to copyright and sharing restrictions). In addition, course textbooks are often not requestable because you will not be able to keep them for the entire semester.
